Evolve Her is a year-long foundational container designed for women ready to move
beyond coping and into true healing. Rooted in the published book, “Designing Empowered Women”, this is where you learn the language of your body, understand your nervous system, and establish the clinical and somatic tools that make deep, sustainable change possible.
This isn't about behavior modification. This is about building the internal safety and capacity from which everything else unfolds, held in close proximity mentorship and a tribe of sisters who will hold you through the lows and celebrate you in the highs.

Embrace Her is the year-long continuation container where you live what you've learned. Rooted in the unfolding chapters of Grace & Grit, Embrace Her invites you to embody your tools through storytelling, reflection, and relational presence.
It's where stories become mirrors, shame is gently dismantled through being seen and held, and collective resonance becomes collective transformation. It's the year of living your tools, applying them to new seasons, and belonging to yourself more fully.
Embrace Her is available only to Evolve Her graduates, because this deeper relational work requires the foundation you'll build this year.
