At Walk Alongside Counseling, we provide integrative mental health services combining evidence-based clinical therapy with somatic-based healing. Our multidisciplinary team—including a Registered Social Worker, Clinical Counselor, Psychotherapist, and certified Somatic Practitioners—creates individualized care plans drawing from trauma-informed psychotherapy, attachment-based work, somatic experiencing, IFS-informed parts work, and nervous-system regulation. We serve women, men, adolescents, and children across a wide spectrum of mental health needs.

Our approach bridges clinical therapy with body-centered wisdom through grace-filled, grit-honoring guidance. Clients experience compassionate, collaborative care deeply attuned to embodiment: we help them understand their inner patterns, reconnect to the wisdom beneath their wounds, and develop practical healing tools. Whether navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relational challenges, or identity formation, clients receive skilled clinical support and somatic practices that foster safety, connection, and empowered change. We help clients reclaim their stories and move forward with clarity and renewed alignment.

Our Approach

At Walk Alongside Counseling, we draw from evidence-based and integrative therapeutic modalities to ensure each client receives care as unique as their story. Our clinicians are trained in CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative/Talk Therapy, Gottman Method for Couples, and Art Therapy, providing comprehensive support across mental health needs and relational dynamics.

We also offer specialized approaches including Somatic Therapy, IFS-informed parts work, Polyvagal Theory, and old medicine practices rooted in healing-in-community, woven into our group therapy, Integrated Immersion events, and Mastermind containers. This clinical–somatic blend supports clients through multiple pathways of healing: cognitive, emotional, relational, spiritual, embodied, and communal.
